NTA, Inc
September 10, 1998
Dear Dr. Holder:
NTA, Inc. currently manages Substance Abuse Programs for over 100,000 Department of Transportation employees. Additionally, we manage programs for many stores, plants and businesses that test their non-DOT employees and are the supplier of the only fully warranted “on-site” test kit with a hold harmless.
The mission of NTA, Inc. is one of regulatory compliance for the Federally Mandated Drug and Alcohol programs, as well as compliance for companies that are safety conscious and wish to save annual dollars in their insurance packages both health and workers compensation.
This letter is to inform you that after careful review and investigation of your core curriculum, faculty and accreditations, NTA, Inc. has agreed to accept and partner with graduates that have been granted their C.Ad. designation from your institution into both our wellness and Substance Abuse Programs.
Should Doctors wish to partner with NTA, Inc. in performing specimen collections, breath alcohol testing, DOT physicals, and wellness checks please fill out and return the enclosed information or give us a call at (800) 452-0030 ext. 354 or ext. 109.
Further, we are so impressed with your mission and the educational quality of your program, NTA, Inc. will extend a great dollar amount to any person who your college can verify as having graduated your program and currently holds the C.Ad. designation. NTA, Inc. has not afforded any other organization this relationship.
Your graduates would receive at least a 20% increase in their reimbursement in performing DOT physicals urine collections and breath analysis testing. For example, urines normally paid in $5.00 will now be paid at $6.00 and physicals paid at $35.00 will now be paid at $40.00. NTA, Inc. will also offer you the opportunity to receive 20% profit on any client you may wish to bring into our association.
NTA, Inc. will provide, through laboratories, all materials needed for collection and testing including the PATIENTS themselves to the C.Ad. holder’s office. We expect to refer large numbers of persons to be tested to your graduates. Therefore, please forward me to your registry of C.Ad. graduates. |
